a 'famous aircraft series' book. it covers the full history of the b-24 and its many roles with the usaaf and raf. it carried a larger bomb load, flew faster and had longer range than the b-17, but more difficult to fly so is not as beloved. nevertheless it filled critical roles that the b-17 could not. b/w photos, card covers. excellent condition,

a 'famous aircraft series' monograph on the sabre. a classic design and one of the most famous jet fighters of all time. it made a name for itself in korea and served in the day fighter role in many countries. much of the book covers canadian production and service as well. b/w photos and illustrations and facsimile of the pilot training manual. card covers. excellent condition.
